Fantastic Family Dinner

I visited Mahagun Sarovar Portico Suites with my family for a special dinner. The staff, especially Chef Ravi Prakash, went above and beyond to make the evening nice. I couldn't have asked for more from this hotel. The rooms are absolutely spotless and meet every expectation of a 4-star hotel, and I plan to stay here for the rest of my trip. I didn't find a single thing missing in my room, although there is a constant humming sound throughout the day.

The rooms are clean and with the expectation of a 4-star hotel. The humming sound can be a bit distracting but doesn't take away from the overall experience.

The service here can be a bit hit or miss. Some staff members like Mr Mohit, Miss Divya, and Miss Aasha are not very cooperative, but others are incredibly friendly and cleaned my room thoroughly. Room service is prompt and efficient.

I love the location of this hotel. It's nice to have the metro station nearby and a mall just a few steps away. Whether for business in Ghaziabad or exploring Roorkee/Dehradun, it's a superb choice.

I am so grateful for the warm welcome and assistance provided by the staff at the hotel. The rooms are kept sparkling clean daily, thanks to Ms. Anjali and Pankaj. However, the neighborhood is not the safest, which makes me a bit cautious. The hotel's proximity to a mall and the metro station is convenient, though.
